Reviews and Ratings
I had a mix of experiences during my stay. The hotel features some unique designs that can be both intriguing and a bit overwhelming. While my room was clean, it lacked natural light and space, which wasn't ideal for relaxation. The service was commendable; the staff went out of their way to assist with bookings. My dining experience was generally good, although I felt that breakfast options could have been improved. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there are areas that could benefit from a refresh.
This hotel offers a modern vibe with excellent service from the staff, who were both friendly and efficient during my stay. The breakfast options were delicious, especially with the addition of live music, which made it a lovely start to each day. However, the room's dark decor took away from the overall experience, and the proximity to the main attractions could have been better. Overall, it still provides good value for a stay in Lisbon.
I had a decent time at this hotel, mainly due to the exceptional service and the comfortable rooms. However, the noise from the streets was quite bothersome, and the bathroom design left much to be desired. Overall, I appreciated the staff's efforts, but I would recommend some improvements, especially regarding noise insulation and bathroom privacy.
I had a lovely stay overall, with impeccable cleanliness and a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, really making a difference during my visit. On the downside, the decor could feel quite dark and uninviting, particularly with the minimalist styles, which might not suit everyone's taste. Also, housekeeping could improve communication around supplying basic items, like face cloths, which were often missing.
I had a decent stay at the hotel, with modern and stylish room design that added to the experience. The staff provided excellent service and were very accommodating, quickly resolving any issues we encountered. However, the breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired, as we faced several difficulties with food availability and options. Overall, it was a good experience, but the dining aspect could definitely use some improvement.
